Friends - The tract of land next to my property in Southern Missouri is up for auction at the end of this month. I do not know of any piece of property better suited for homesteading. There is over a ½ mile of riverfront; also great bottom land with real soil, not just rocks. There is a cave with a nice spring flowing out of it. I have been back in the cave ¼ mile. There is a nice barn, the house is just firewood. There is great south facing hill side land great for passive solar sighting of home sites. Good timber on the hill sides and then very nice pasture land up top. 165 acres. You could divide it in several pieces and everyone could have a piece of river front, bottom land; wooded hillside, and pasture. If you know of someone serious about country living, please send them my way. I will help in any way possible; it would be great to end up with “like minded” neighbors.
Thanks,
Craig Wiles
